Refund policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@greek-threads.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, including replacement or refund where appropriate, at our discretion.

Exceptions
Items featuring Greek letters only, with no event-specific text or dates, may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and has tags attached. This exception exists because these items can be resold to any member of the chapter.

Exchanges
Because our products are custom-printed to order, we're unable to offer exchanges. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@greek-threads.com to start the process.

Refunds
Approved refunds (for defects, damages, or incorrect items) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@greek-threads.com.
